Back in 1939 a little girl was given a Easter egg and told only to eat a little bit at a time. She never ate any if it and kept it intact until she died at 91. The egg is now up for auction.

My question is if you were given this egg would it be safe in your possession?

It's a pie in a tin. You remove the lid and cook in the oven. I had one once, I wasn't impressed but some people like them.

Two herbs commonly eaten with lamb are rosemary and mint. Rosemary is more common in French based cooking while the British like mint. (Sheep themselves go nuts for herbs)

But which is your favourite?

They consist of a suet pastry shell with a meat and gravy filling. They're cooked by steaming partially submerging the bowl in a sealed pan of water for hours before knocking out on to a plate. It's a bit like a big dumping with a lot of stuff inside. They've fallen out of favour because of the long cooking time.
