Who cares. Eat at the speed that comfortable to you. Most of my life I ate on the go so I do my best to force myself to slow down when I eat. But it's kind of ingrained in me. I'm always pleased when I dine with someone who eats faster than me because typically I finish first. Just like I was always raised to clean my plate. It drives me nuts when someone wastes half thier meal. Order less! don't waste it.

Rushing your meal (barely any chewing, stuffing food in your mouth while it is not empty yet, etc.) is a bit off putting I guess... But if you are just a fast eater it means you got more time to talk with whomever is eating with you.
