Is eating very fast a sign of mental illness (which I think I have)?

For starters, and in a fit of rage, I took an enormous bite out of a cheeseburgeršŸ” (half of it) and only chewed three times before swallowing it. Then I crammed the rest of the burger into my mouth and only chewed four times before swallowing it. My angeršŸ˜” then turned into grievingšŸ˜ (from my life in general, not the pain). I wasn't even that hungry, just angry and sad at the same time.

You see, I'm a depressed and anxious person in general; I work hard nearly every day, no vacations, no friends, no women, poor relationship with my father (still do to this day), the whole pandemic, never any peace of mind, etc.

Anyway, I was aware of the choking hazard but I didn't care. šŸ˜¢
