no way. I'd wonder if any of it is. I used to eat subway and chiptole and chick fil a. we do eat some frozen foods and I question if that's any good, but does make life easy... like frozen chicken.

we eat no fast food, make our own or restaurant.

There's a lot in that article I wasn't expecting... like the antibiotics. I've seen other videos that associate that to alzheimers, parkinsins and such.

It is a "system", it's not about health. no fast foods can really claim health.

if ya want fast food, stop at indian or chinese place and buy soup or lentils...

There are perverse incentives at work here. The food-pharma synergy is obvious. Add to this economic suppression that forces people into multiple jobs or long hours for fear of layoffs, and the time savings of fast food become extremely tempting. All courtesy of our globalist neoliberal elites. Clear them out!

It's mostly unhealthy yes. But only have it in moderation. People eat out due to enjoyment or because they're very hungry (or both).

The problem eith eating Subway or Mr. Sub is one 12" sandwhich supplies over half of your daily recommended sodium and the meats generally are high in fat.

i love subway but i only eat the veggie delite. that and a little ranch on top is very good filling and healthy
