If by mental health, then some people say yes because they like to comfort eat. Me personally though, I take no comfort in looking overweight. Plus I've always eaten healthily so I know no different!
Places like fast food restaurants taste greasy, salty and too sweet for my liking.

My uncle is a doctor and he had a patient who used to be a model. At 60 she looked 30 but she had digestion problems cause she spent her youth taking specialty food to preserve her health and her body had become addicted to healthy food so she could not process normal non specialty food anymore. He had another patient that read ginger was good for the body so ate way too much of it and got side effects from eating too many servings of ginger.
What kind of question is that? How could eating unhealthy food be good for you?

However, fixating on only eating what's considered "healthy" could lead to missing out on essential nutrients not found in your chosen limited range. Variety is key in any diet. Plus, overly restricting yourselves can lead to disordered eating patterns. Remember, balance is the secret ingredient in any diet - a pinch of indulgence with a heap of nutrition. 🥗🍕 Keep exploring all corners of the culinary map—your body (and taste buds) will thank you!

How would something healthy be bad for your health?
The answer to your question is obviously a big NO , matter of fact its vastly better for all forms of health , including your state of mind.
“Healthy” is subjective. There are a lot of foods widely considered “healthy” that actually trigger gout and other inflammation.
It depends on what you consider to be healthy. Many nutritionists and personal trainers will give out inaccurate information.
No. That is why it is called “healthy.”
