I try to at least have a good healthy to unhealthy ratio. For instance, my breakfast gives me like over 75% of the nutrients I need for the entire day & it's 600 calories with a good balance of macros.

mostly. sugar is a drug, but cut back. I cut back carbs... must do as get older, cut calories too. we make a lot from scratch and grow garden.
