Do ya? 🤪
Do you eat healthy 🤔?
Do ya? 🤪
According to my own standards? - No.
National (Sweden) standard? - Yeah.
American standards? - No.
I make all food from the base ingredients.
Try to have a good balance between carbohydrates, protein and vitamins/minerals. So I get the things my body needs. But in my opinion I should eats more fibers from greens and reduce carbohydrates while reducing the overall amount I eat as well.
Then I have a bad habit of stuffing cookies in my mouth.. I have no problem with candy but desserts, pastries, cake and cookies. I should stop that entierly.
I should workout more as well..
Since 25yo I've breen blobbing out more and easier.. gain waay faster than I loose fat and it all on the stomach so even if I can seem overall slim there's still a wobbly part.
Ha! Nope. It's taco bell and A&W most days
I think so, I do consider my eating habits healthy. I usually prepare my food at home and try to limit junk/takeaway food. I also make it a must to have at least three fruits daily
I try to eat healthy, but i do eat junk food every now and then. I certainly eat better than i use to.
Yes I do eat healthy! Completely cut out candy, only eat them in moderation now.

We dine at restaurants once a week or so but we eat healthy most of the time, around 40% of our summer vegetables are planted in our backyard and friends and neighbours also like to donate their fruit and plants that they plant and own, we also have a friend who donates the fish they catch cause they have a boat.
No, I have to make sure I have a few bullets in the chamber at times. You never know when you're going to have to pull an upper decker or reverse kanga.
I eat healthy enough. We all like treats now and again but hitting 50 you start to think to yourself "I need to reduce calorie intake otherwise it will just be harder to get in shape later."
Over the last 2 years I lost 2 stones by just reducing the amount I ate. No exercise, and no denying anything. Just less.
healthier that five and ten years ago... definitely yes
but not as healthy as I should, yet
I call it a balanced diet
the real struggle is being more consistent with meal times, which is big part of doing it in a healthier way
No. I make sure not too, if I eat super unhealthy and my boyfriend eats extremely healthy, maybe our lifespan will be more in sync to make up for the huge age gap. 👍🏻
Wait…wha… 😂
So, you are trying to change the future? 🥴
😌 I can't have him dying 30 years before I do, so I need to catch up to him. Junk food, smoking whatever it takes. Luckily he's Asian so he already has a high chance of living for a long time.
Oh, no ma’am.
Please, slow down…lol
You can’t cheat death, because everyone has an assigned day to die. 😂
You are just going to make yourself suffer in the future. 🥴
I'm not spiritual or religious, when he dies, I die. Simple as that, I've already decided. Whether or not I physically die is... up in the air, but I will mentally and emotionally not be on this earth anymore when he's gone. So might as well speed up the process, I have a lot of catching up to do 🥴🥴🥴
I see…lol 😂💜
My therapist thinks I'm crazy too 🥴
I eat healthy most of the time, but it was today only that I ate two small pizzas. I really felt like it. So I ate them.
Now in the evening, as all the student hotels are closed on Sunday, I need to go in a hotel finally, I guess.
I eat all the food groups so yeah. Some stuff is more healthy than others like veggies are better than refined sugar which I avoid. Also, I intermittent fast so I avoid spiking insulin and can use ketones aka fat as a fuel source.
very much so although i am working on figuring out ways to incorporate more protein into my diet. i'm trying to build muscle and i wanna support that goal with my nutrition as well
Damn right I do.. Low salt, low sugar Low carbs and low fat. High protein though and If I so desired, I could run a marathon without too much extra training.
Yes I have a salad with every meal except breakfast and we don't eat process foods, I never buy from the Deli and I actually measure out 6 ounces of meat with the exception of fish or steak.
I have one meal most days where I don't. Also I do drink at lot of water and work out. So that one unhealthy meal I have a day isn't going to negatively effect my overall health.
I try with the motivation and budget I have but that’s quite slim so not really. Depression is a tough beast
Mostly yes, sugar intake in any form is very minimal, no junk food, no drinking or smoking, i take fruit salad or juice everyday
The food is healthy, but I'm not sure if I eat enough. I used to eat more and more unhealthy, so maybe my body's adjusting. I feel weird, but not bad. I don't know.
Everything's relative. I've been trying to. Problem is I like too many things that aren't really good for you. So I've just been trying to multiply the few thing that are good for you that I do like.
I try to, but once in a while I give in to my cravings.
I hate anything sweet. I don't have a sweet tooth. I like things pitter and sour, love warm beer.
I love organ meats and tons of veggies
Half and half. Look I'll make soups, stews, salads, grilled veg etc all the time but then I'll make a cake because I'm kinda bored.
Not really. Working on it though.
Keeping track of how much is as important as what you're eating so I try to just go easy.
No, I try eating healthy but it doesn't work but I cut back on all foods
