I thought I could eat 36 Sandwiches over an 18 day period using 3 vegetables, one dairy, and two servings of meat in each sandwich. This diet costs $7.00 a day when you factor in transportation and if my friend gives me a ride to the grocery store, it will cost $6.00 a day.
