Healthy food advice?

i bought like 6 pretty large new york strip steaks because they were priced very well at the grocery store, also bought a ton of chicken, my question is, how bad are these steaks for me to have maybe, twice a week just to switch from eating chicken. i usually just rub some yellow mustard on them and then garlic power and paprika, aswell as black pepper or lemon pepper, 0 butter, 0 salt. i think one steak weighs roughly 1.7 pounds, and i eat about 60% at a time, usually with some kinda vegetable.
