Raw foods and protein, not recipes.
I still can't eat right now, but I want to know what would be the healthiest foods for your body to live off of, especially for a male. Preferably, things that don't taste completely disgusting, such as protein and meat.
Mediterranean salad. Greek yogurt.
I suspect most foods our ancestors ate are fine as long as you have a lifestyle as active as they had AND you're careful to eat organic/less processed foods. The foods in the store are way more processed than they were even 20 years ago so people can't just go to the store and buy whatever they see & have it be as good for you as it was back in the day.
Mango, berries, pomegranates, papaya, watermelon, tomatoes, green onions, pineapple, brown rice, shiitake mushrooms, walnuts, almonds, avocados, organic eggs, salmon
Whole eggs, fruits of any kind, veggies, nuts, fatty fish, oatmeal, chia seeds, peanut butter, milk, whole grains, legumes, beans of any kind.
Anything unprocessed mostly. Get food items that have 5 ingredients or less in the ingredients description.

Pomegranate for antioxidants.
For increased sense of vigor: shredded carrots mixed with coconut oil, unprocessed sea salt, and cider vinegar with the mother. If you might have an infection mince a clove or two of garlic. Take between meals and not with medication for a few weeks.
Honey nut Cheerios and fat free milk for breakfast. a spinach salad with beans or chicken for lunch. an egg on peanut buter toast with a glass of orange juice for dinner. do that every day and you will be healthy in a month
Fish and poultry are you better choices very lean meats some pork some beef. I'm not into salmon but that's supposed to be good. No breads no pastas. My wife and I usually take a bag of bitter vegetable salad and split that between us and chicken breast Chuck cut in about a half inch diced spread over the salads. Dressed with poppy seed dressing. It is hard to figure out. You cannot eat processed meats. That's like sausages bacons bratwurst.

3. Cottage cheese
Fruit, veg, fish, unprocessed food, no saturated fat
