Not really sure I don't eat vegan. I eat vegetarian. I eat a little bit of fish. I drink smoothies, etc.
I mean vegan is kind of like a religious thing. Vegans eat plant-based foods even if it's processed food, like potato chips which is really bad for you. And that fake meat they eat is worse than eating eating processed meat. Their plant-based milks are filled with addictives. a lot of the foods they eat is really bad for you.
Vegetarians eat mostly for health benefits like organics.
I want to be a vegan for health. I don’t subscribe to the vegan extreme beliefs. I’m not that into animals but I do adore them.
Spelt pasta is awesome. Spelt anything really. Also plant fat isn’t bad in moderation like avocados are good

buy a slow cooker, just pop it in and leave it for hours.

If it has a list of ingredients, don't eat it
pasta in moderation is probably as tasty and healthy as you can go
