What are some healthy snacks to eat?

I ate cupcakes this week and feeling sick. Tired of junk food on my path to eat healthier next weeks. I have swallow issues so I don’t swallow hard things like peanuts , cookies or chips. I might be allergic to cheese. I’m not eating yogurt anymore as most yogurt is too sweet like pure sugar so I lost interest. I have wheat bread with penut butter but that’s it. And banana I eat. Getting tired of it any other healthy snacks to eat?
