Most of them- up until you eat them, at least. Personally, I prefer my food dead, but if you meant healthFUL rather than healthY...

I've gotten into radishes over the past several years. They have a bit of a kick, enough to be flavorful, without being overwhelming. They're also cheap, and if you're growing your own food (I haven't really gotten into it, but it's something I'm looking into), they grow REALLY fast- the average is around 42 days from sowing seeds to eating, and some varieties are even faster.

Another good option is bell peppers- the oranges and particularly the reds (it's actually all the same plant; it just brightens and gets tastier as it ages) have a VERY nice flavor, and essentially zero capsiacin.

Salt free rice cakes are great in moderation. Sure they taste like polystyrene at first, but once you get use to them, they're ok.. Or fruit.. fruit is really good providing you don't go for grapes dates or figs as they contain huge amounts of sugar.

Hummus (chickpeas dip) is an option... or

Tzatziki dip (cucumber yogurt, mint , lemon salt oil garlic)...

It's like the cheap, fast, quality triangle. You're never going to get all three.

Crackers and cheese combo's can be healthy and taste nice, depending on if you have a good selection.

What may taste nice for me may not taste nice for you. That said, I like snacking on nuts (e. g., brazil nuts, cashew nuts, peanuts, and pistachio) and fruits (e. g., coconut, mangoes, plums, bananas, lychee, and melons).

I luv fresh fruit. I can snack on grapes all day every day. If i’m gonna work at it, “ants on a log”. Celery sticks topped with peanut butter and then raisins on top of that. So good!
