Uncooked mirepoix that you make yourself.
A traditional mirepoix has these fractions:
You take the vegetables and chop them so they are small but chunky, yet not finely diced. Sort of like a large M&M (like a peanut M&M). Baby carrots are easier because they are already peeled.
You'll get considerable nutrition and lose weight feasting on mirepoix. (About 32 g total carbs and 130ish calories per pound which is a little under 1 quart of mirepoix.)
So, dice up a couple of pounds and store in the fridge. Then, scoop some out and eat like they're M&Ms.

If you first just want to try snacking on mirepoix without making it, you can typically find a pre-made mirepoix in most supermarkets. You'll see a plastic container and it will be in the Produce section because mirepoix is a traditional soup or stew starter, thus pre-made mirepoix is a time and effort saver.
For example:

You can also make it yourself but take it easy. Instead of buying the veggies whole, make a mirepoix quickly by buying already-cut carrots, celery, and onions in plastic containers like above and just mix when you get home.

Oh, and drink cold mineral water!
I like to get the "PurAqua Italian Sparkling Mineral Water" at ALDI. It's something like $3.49 to $3.99 for a 6-pack of 500 ml plastic bottles.

Because mineral water, BY LAW, has to be bottled at the source and have that documented on the label, you can tell who is really bottling the mineral water. In this case, it's the Italian firm La Galvanina and people have been drinking the mineral water from this source for over 2000 years.

I am plugging this because mineral water can be expensive. I love Topo Chico and buy a 12-pack of 12-ounce bottles from Walmart for $11.99 so that's about $1 per 12-ounces. Assuming I am paying $4 for the ALDI 6-pack (which is 3 liters), that's about $0.48 per 12-ounces, so slightly less than 1/2 the price of TC and that Walmart price I gave is the best.
Other mineral waters can cost a lot too. Gerolsteiner, from Germany, is like the Cadillac of Mineral Waters. It is very good but it is like $3 for a 750-ml bottle and is hard to find. What I like about the ALDI water is, of all the sparkling mineral waters that I have tasted (TC, ALDI, Perrier, San Pelligrino, Gerolsteiner, something from Romania, etc) the ALDI water reminds me a lot of Gerolsteiner.
I didn't mention this, but it is important. Mineral waters are all different. They are natural and since they are bottled at the source, each mineral water is different and have different mineral contents.
Something else to note: Mineral water can be very healthy for you because the dissolved minerals in the water have high "bioavailability". This means that, because they are already dissolved in water, your body can make use of them much faster compared to if you had to eat and digest the same food to get those minerals. If you feel like shit, drink some mineral water and you will often perk right up. My wife drinks it too now to avoid muscle cramps. (Think of mineral water as like a natural unflavored bubbly unsugared Gatorade.)
Mineral water may not be cheap, but it has no calories, keeps you hydrated, and has benefits of dissolved minerals needed by your body. It will give you the satisfaction of soda without the bad shit.

I WISH I had discovered the miracle of mineral water when I was young; it wasn't until my mid-50s that I started to drink it frequently (after having TC at Chipotle) and discovered what it really is and how good it is for you - for nutrition and to help you lose weight.
Gerolsteiner's website is very good at teaching about mineral water and comparing mineral content of various brands. Geroldsteiner mineral water definitely is different and loaded with minerals compared to, say, Perrier or San Pelligrino. TC is better than those two and has a lot more carbonation. But Gerolsteiner is immediately different. You can usually get it at higher-end supermarkets.

Sadly most snacks are not healthy. But I will still eat healthy when I work out so I can get results. 99% of the stuff I like aren't healthy. Correct me if I am wrong though I don't think Greek yogurt is quite healthy though. Considering how much fat it has in it.
my favorite snacks include:
granola / granola bars
beef jerky
cream cheese English muffins/ crumpets
and sometimes fig bars or tuna. Tuna on toast/bread/muffins/tortilla chips/crackers.
I also like cheese cubes and yogurt pretzels or muffins/ fruits.
They’re not the healthiest on the list but I consider them healthy snacks in my diet and eaten occasionally.
Avocado & salmon toast, but this might be more brunchie?🤭 Lolz.
Vanilla greek yogurt, pumpkin seed + flax granola, any fruits (typically banana, strawberry & all sorts of berries😂)

I've long been partial to radishes. They're cheap, low-calorie, surprisingly flavorful by themselves (especially if you get different varieties), quick and easy to grow (so potentially EXTREMELY cheap), and can even possibly help regulate blood sugar (though proper studies haven't been done on that, so the evidence is kinda scanty).
Plus, the only preparation step is "remove from bag", so they're quick AND safe for drunk people.
I thought I could name a few, but then I realised I deep-fried all of them, so no🤣🤣🤣
i like fried cheese, so will give it a try.
Slice up granny smith apples and dunk them in peanut butter or wrap them in cheese slices.
Hot peppers stuffed with cheese is also good.
Oh and mixed nuts with berries or cocao nibs.
Celery and carrot sticks with low-calorie ginger dressing are my main guilt-free go-to snack. Also soft-boiled eggs, canned tuna (I just eat it straight), canned beans.
For ginger dressing, I use soy sauce, freshly grated ginger, Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, a dollop of ketchup, and a small amount of sesame oil (I try to use as little oil as I can get away with since it's the most calorie-dense part). You can taste and tweak it to your liking. I'm afraid I lack measurements since I've just learned to eyeball it.
I eat ketovore/carnivore six days a week now, so it's bacon for me. Keeps my blood sugar low and energy levels steady. That thick cut applewood smoked stuff is da bomb.
berries
cucumber slices
grapes
plain cornflakes or special k fitness nature with no milk

Kordia cherries from a real good local cherry district. But its winter, so those won't be around for a while.

I’ve really been into hummus lately. Which is weird cause I used to hate it.
i like garlic hummus with some olive oil and pepper cracked on top. Then I just dip veggies into it
We have a garden. Any vegetable we grow is a healthy snack - carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, lettuce, etc... it's all healthy, even with dressings or dips.
Overnight oats.
Oats, granola, honey, Greek yogurt and blackberries
guacamole stuffed bell peppers... with BBQ chicken bits...
sorry, I like to make those... but I do not eat them myself, unless I replace the guacamole with something that is NOT avocado
Will always love cucumber with lime and salt
