Eating healthy?

I want to eat healthier but I keep running into a problem I'm m not a big fan of most fruit's and veggies the only veggies and fruit I actually like is

(broccoli, cauliflower , spinach , peas, artichokes, eggplant, patty squash, tomatoes, peaches, raspberries, blueberries, pairs, cherries) I also don't like fish at All 😅 don't get me wrong I can force myself to eat a bell pepper or something I also don't really like onions except for red onions and I don't like them caramelized see my problem. is that I don't like sweet food very strongly dislike the sweet taste that comes from things like bell peppers or white onions but it doesn't mean I want to live unhealthy my whole life either dose anyone have any suggestions of other veggies that aren't sweet

Or what I can do to change my opinion on this because it's pretty clear I'm not going to stick to a diet change long term if I hate the food I'm eating
