If being aware is being mindful you are very aware of the positives that effect you in a good way but then again if you are more aware of the pain and negativity how would that help?
For example let's say you are about get an injection shot and you feel the alcohol rubbed on your skin the cold touch and rubbing showing your vein then the injection is coming towards your hand held by the nurse pushing out the extra serum out then slowly but painfully inserting the needle in your veins and injecting the contents of it and the pain is sharp you feel the serum inside your veins moving forward and you can feel and sense it with high intensity multiplying your pain is this being mindful really helpful?

Yes, I spend an hour in the morning just taking in all the bad things that are digging on in the world. I am very mindful of that.

Mindfulness sounds like copping.
I meditate in multiple ways, some of it goes in the miracle category and not just the everyday type. My ability to fix myself through meditation saves me massive amounts of money that would otherwise be needed to improve my body and mind.

Yes. Even on a busy day I try to just find one small moment to refocus. And once weekly the whole day is just mine so I can realign things and be steadily productive the rest of the week.
