How often do you prioritize your peace of mind?

Before I would focus on it anytime and every time, it was an issue for me- which was a lot, but I had to focus on my daily life too. Everything was a struggle trying to cultivate a peaceful mind, by solving individual issues by crying or whining about it. Now I hardly focus on my peace of mind because it's constant, but very much still a priority. I value it, but now I don't have to focus on it, as I have mastered this very nicely for myself.

Every moment I can. I go through extensive lengths to keep my mind as relaxed as possible. It benefits me and benefits the people around me. My calm state of mind allows me to think thoroughly and effectively with my problems and the problems of others.

I’ve found it makes it harder to deal with the next shovelful life throws if you are taking time to meditate into false senses of calm and safety.

It’s better to adapt and stay consistent to modern times.

Maybe aside moments like a shower or sitting down to eat or be with family, as peaceful routines, but that is it for me.
