I have been eating healthy food for 11 days, and i have only eaten stuff like vegetables, whole grains, milk, cheese, a LOT of fruits every day and meat, and no fake sugar or syrups at all. Before i started eating healthy, my weight was 53 kg and now it is at 57 kg. For TWO days it has been at 57. Why? What am i doing wrong? Yet my face somehow looks skinnier, and my cheekbones are a lot more visible now. A new line has also formed from my ear to my chin at the cheekbones. Is this weight gain or muscle gain? I don't do any workouts at all, and only do walking a lot. Is it possible the weight gain is from eating too many fruits overall? Help!! What do I do? I haven't been overeating either, just LOTS of fruits every day and other healthy stuff. And only water and milk. Been getting enough sleep every night too. Why the second i finally start eating enough food that my body requires, the scale goes up? :( This is really confusing, and unmotivating :(( Only difference i see is at my cheeks!
You might be eating healthy, but odds are that you are consuming more calories. Before going into this topic, I am not expert I am a person who eats shitty/junk food, yet exercises and manages to maintain their weight.
So kindly take my advice with a grain of salt. There are other people who will give better advice on the topic since they are more knowledgeable regarding the topic of healthy food.
What works for me is eating small meals (snacks included), every few hours, yet also exercising.
In the past when I ate 1 or 2 times per day I gained weight, because I consumed more calories without realizing it.
I don't want to stay away from food that I like (which is junk food), but I make it for it by exercising (cardio) and eating often small portions.
Also I don't think it is a good idea to hop on the scale daily.

Fruit contains fructose, a type of sugar. Fresh fruit juice is the same.
Muscle does weigh more than fat. Your weight will vary from day to day. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week.
I recommend logging your food into an app like "Cronometer." I also recommend getting a kitchen scale. Just a cheap amazon basics one will do.
But even still, I notice that at times, I'll be eating in a caloric maintenance or even a deficit but the scale will still be going up. And since I log my food with extreme accuracy, I know for a fact that it's not fat. It has to be water weight or even stool weight.
I find that eating below 2,000mg of salt everyday, getting enough potassium & making sure my gut health is good, helps with fluid regulation the most.
For example, a few days ago, I weighed 169lbs due to poor gut health. But I've since fixed it & flushed unnecessary water so that I could see my actual weight. My actual accurate weight right now is 162lbs.
Because in total sum you ate too many calories for your energy consumption. Milk/cheese have milk sugar. Fruits have fruit sugar. Drop the milk and reduce the fruits and go on a daily walk. Then check again.

Healthy does not mean low calorie. When you eat more than your daily need, you will gain weight. Also working out a lot will increase your muscle mass and give more weight (although you will look more skinny). So forget the scale. The muscle/fat ratio is more important.
The "good" foods can have a lot of calories too yk. And that's actually not as bad as you think because calories from those foods aren't as "bad" considering what the food's made up of in general. It's part of the reason why I have some extra weight, at least technically, and I'm doing fine with it at the same time :)
What you're eating causes insulin resistance which causes your body to save your calorie intake as fat rather than burn the calories.
A calorie deficit is how you lose weight. If you eat 1000 calories in candy daily you will still lose more weight than if you ate 4000 calories in vegetables.
