Lost a lot of fat in my face, around my cheekbones and neck, but body is still the same, and yet it shows the scale being like 3 pounds higher for days. Could this be muscle gain? I dont even do any type of training, all i do is walk a lot for days. Why?

Weighting yourself for fitness isn't going to be accurate unless you know all the variables. You could be more hydrated, gained muscle, the time of day matters etc. Checking your body fat % is a good was to check progress.

Weight can fluctuate over the month. Have you been tracking it for 3 months and seen that change?
