Is this weight gain reversible?

DAMN! I'm loving the chunkiness! And the big ol' boobies!
But yeah, after like two years of hardcore gym cardio for like 4-5 days a week, every week, you can get back down to your previous weight. Looks like 195 on the right and 115 on the left. That is an extreme amount of work though, and it doesn't always work, given the body type or diet. But good luck.
Oh yeah! But definitely going to be hard if you don't gradually lose the weight. It takes a lot of willpower to lose it quickly. More than the average person has. And it requires that a person stay consistent with it even after losing weight. Because our hormones need time to adjust.
It will take time but should be reversible. You need to remember how you lived in the first pic and go back to that.
I don't think you need to go back to the start point - maybe lose just a little

It is but you get stretch marks. And it does take a lot of work. But either way you should feel better from doing it and you look better along with hopefully confidence boost yourself so in reality there is no reason not to do it unless if you don't want to :)
Yes, losing weight is easy with self control. I got married about 5 years back, went from 190 lbs to 275 lbs because she forced me to eat, she was deliberately trying to make me fat so nobody would want me, she even straight up said so. Once we divorced last Sept I went back to my original eating habits and dropped all that weight. It is just a matter of eating fewer calories than your body uses. Weight will drop.
of course it is. however what may or may not be reversible is the left over hanging skin after weight loss. you seem fairly young, so it should shrink back and look normal. but you might be unlucky and end up with skin flaps.
Yes it is.. with lots of determination, hard work and a proper diet will be able to get back to where you want no problem..
1 important thing is to set realistic goals for yourself or you will get discouraged..
Pm me if you want.. I might be able to help
Yes but it is always harder to lose weight than it is to gain it.
Oh yea, it's been real easy to get this large
How tf is this even possible :O yeah it’s reversible but damn why’d you do this to your body
I got an office job, stopped working out and carried on eating crap and got in a comfortable relationship.
Yes you can 💪👍. Work hard to stay consistent eating healthy and exercising daily
Yes IF you work at it hard and relay want too lose it!!!
Sure, dieting takes time... stop pop/soda and drop weight quickly.
Yeah, you’ll have some stretch marks though..
Yea that's what I was worried about, will they stay forever?
Yeah.. I’d try not to gain anymore weight though.. those who become heavier on the obese side of the spectrum have extra skin after weight loss that only a doctor can remove.
Just eat healthy, and figure out first why you have a problem with binge eating if you do.. like therapy maybe. Just be careful not to turn this into an earring disorder.
It'll get some loose skin to it but yes I'm sure
Weight losing is tough... i lost 20 kg
@shanesc30 just good diet and exercise
Of course it's reversible.
Yes, just need to work for it.
