Would high calorie meals but limited processed food lead to a healthy body?

I am starting to think that weight loss is based of vitamins and not calories because I have lost very little weight but have lost massive amounts of fat in certain parts of my body. Other parts have smaller losses which is probably due to the body prioritizing some areas above others. For example, my facial scars heal in 3 days while my belly scars take over a year to heal. The body knows the face scar is more dangerous to my marriage than the belly scar so it spends more time on the face scar then the belly scar.

Would high calorie meals but limited processed food lead to a healthy body?
