I am starting to think that weight loss is based of vitamins and not calories because I have lost very little weight but have lost massive amounts of fat in certain parts of my body. Other parts have smaller losses which is probably due to the body prioritizing some areas above others. For example, my facial scars heal in 3 days while my belly scars take over a year to heal. The body knows the face scar is more dangerous to my marriage than the belly scar so it spends more time on the face scar then the belly scar.

No. You have to be at a calorie deficit to lose weight or right at the amount your body uses to maintain the weight. If you eat too many calories (which is easily done with high calorie meals) you will gain weight no matter what kind of food you eat. Some food is still better than other food though purely nutrition/healthwise, even if they have the same amount of calories. You get more nutrients and it’s more healthy to eat 3 eggs than a chocolate cookie even if they have the same amount of calories, but you’ll still gain weight no matter what food you eat if you eat too many calories. Not losing weight but losing fat in vertain places can be due to muscle gain if you work out. Muscle weighs more than fat so if you gain some muscle while losing fat the body can look slimmer and better but you could see no change on the scale if the fat loss and muscle gain balances out.
Because processed food removes the stuff that's good for you while fresh food keeps it in
