Oatmeal made with 1% m. f. milk, not the instant sugary flavored kind. It will lower your bad cholesterol, lower your blood pressure and clean out your arteries, keep you feeling full gor a long time and keep you regular.
i shocklingly haven't been very hungry. I've been feeling faint though, and my head hurts a lot, i think i may be developing an eating disorder, due to my lack of knowledge nutritionally, and avoiding any form of sugar, fat, or salt. I've been eating chicken mixed with random vegetables and steak mixed with random vegetables, and pretty much nothing else, and a ton of water, and exercising daily. my body has been a bit sore, and the light headedness is a little weird. energy seems okay, starting weight was 257, just under 245 now. been 3 weeks.
also haven't been accurately counting the calories i eat, its 100% under 2200, but how much im not sure, based on my portions id say today i ate less than 1500, and not to starve myself, but im really just not very hungry. i had 4 chicken cutlet mixed with carrots, then 2 more each on a slice of white bread. and then i had 3 eggs but only ate 1. and i know i shouldn't have put it on white bread, and i feel terrible for that.
also had a 6oz cup of whole milk, was feeling faint and dizzy, and honestly have no clue what im lacking in to cause that, just i just drank 1 serving of milk.
