If meat is difficult to obtain, try out pulses, cottage cheese and tofu for protein. Peanut butter is pretty decent too.
You can't really go wrong with fruits and veggies since they're all basically good. So just go with whatever matches your tastes and is in your budget.
Protein its probably tofu, smoked tofu for more flavour.
Fruits vegetables stick to the ones which are currently in season, there is a calender when each fruit or vegetable is harvested.

I duno what you like but for protine a small portion of salmon, almond butter or duck eggs can't get much better
