If you said the car is a 1972 AMC Matador. Then your a winner of nothing but an MHO

Does anyone know what television shows this car was in. There was more then one television show and not all of them were painted like a police car.

I was leaning towards saying Car 54 however the license place for the time didn’t exist so with that said A-12 is my final answer.

Adam 12 used like 8 different cars during the shows run. As a matter a fact, Adam 12 used the exact same cars as the LA police back in late 1960s though the early 1970s

In the shows pilot and opening credits. You see the police car backing out. Well that car was a real police car on loan to Jack Webb for the show. The car was a 1967 Plymouth Belvedere police car

Oh that's an easy one 1974 or 1975 Dodge Monaco same one used in the Dukes of Hazard TV show used by Enis and Rasco P Cotrain

I would guess that it's a Chrysler product (Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth). Probably late '60's or early '70's. Model unknown.
