Custard creams are a well known British biscuit loved by little old ladies and dogs everywhere. They've been around even longer than Biden and have a unique raised pattern. Without googling it can you guess what the pattern is supposed to be?

Rice puddings have been eaten in Britain since Tudor times and the first written recipe is by Gervase Markham in 1615. Although it can be made from scratch most peoples experience of it here is the stuff that comes in tins they were served as children.

Recipes for rice puddings can be found in every corner of the world but I've yet to hear of anyone over 12 and under 80 actually eating one. So do you like it

The potatoes are one of the tastiest ingredients in the soup but they are not necessary for the flavour. The flavour is determined by the carrots.
