What is your go to drink of choice?

My drink of choice is usually now mineral water aka sparkling spring water.

For example:

San Pellegrino (Italy)
Galvanina (Italy) (*)
Perrier (France)
Topo Chico (Mexico)
Gerolsteiner (Germany)
Mountain Valley Spring (USA)

Mineral and spring water are not cheap, but they are healthy and good for you with no calories and very refreshing.

(*) ALDI has "Italian Sparkling Water" and I drink a lot of that because it is 3 liters for less than $5. It's actually Galvanina. You can tell because, by law in the United States, "mineral waters" must be "bottled at the source" and the source is always listed on the bottle, so that enables you to tell who the actual bottler is.

The one I would choose over any other of those listed is likely Gerolsteiner which is hard to find where I live. I went to the store about 25 miles away and ready to spend over $30 on Gerolsteiner, but they were sold out. So, I tried Mountain Valley Spring sparkling water and it was rather good. And since I live not that far away, the price is lower because it doesn't have to be shipped as far to the supermarket. I have a few boxes of Topo Chico in the house and I love it; it is how I got hooked on mineral water and got my wife into it too. I save them for her. However, I usually keep several 6 packs of ALDIs Pur Aqua Italian Sparkling Water and drink 1 to 4 each day.

Good ol' H²O

everything else is either sugary liquid candy or liquid drug stimulators. Exceptions are few and far between. For example i recently found a rare drink mixture of herbs, spices, lemons, ginger and it was sweetened with honey. That's sort of innovative to sell today.

Bourbon , malt whisky ( without the E , because I’m a Scot ) and red wine ( rioja , Shiraz , montalcino fav ) on the alcohol and water generally on the soft side. Apart from the mandatory at least 1 coffee per day to start the engine.

Most fruit-essence seltzers are good for me. I used to drink soda growing up. Now I realize it’s not the sweetness I want, it’s the bubbles😝
