Why she love falling asleep on the phone with me?

This girl I met in college 5 months ago some how got my number and she called me. Every since then we got closer and became cool. Fast forward I flirt with her a lot. Now she said she call me when she can which is morning and night because of her kids (that's cool). She told me she told her ex about me and he kids dad is jealous of me (I think is funny). But for the past 2 months when she call me at night she fall asleep while she talking to me. She told me my voice is soothing and relaxing (I been told that by the last girl that liked me). She calls in morning and at night. She texts me through out the day. She told me we are just friends when I flirt with her and she said she's going to give me spaces since I like her more than friends (because I flirt alot). But she calls me 10 hours later (next morning). ... do she falls asleep on me because I'm boring even though she calls and text me? fyi- I text her good morning beautiful every morning is a nice new text from me.

She's just using you. She just says she's going to give you space but doesn't ever do it because what she wants is more important than what she knows would be the right thing to do. She knows you're into her, she knows she's not into you, but she's getting what she wants/needs out of you so she's not willing to stop this in it's tracks.

The right thing for her to do would be to cut you off because she knows it's not going anywhere and you're likely not going to just suddenly lose interest, and she KNOWS this is the case because she said she would give you space, but she's not doing it. She's not doing it because if she did she would lose whatever benefit she's getting out of how things are currently going. She knows you're never going to get what it is you're after, but as long as this continues she's getting what she wants.

She's using you.

I was actually benefiting from her for a while. She helped me study, homework and test. She also helped me financially as well. I NEVER ASKED HER TOO but she did anyway.

May I ask what exactly you're doing? if you're trying to get her then forget it, she's just using you as the comfort zone. It's not so much that she doesn't want to get it on with you but right now she's so comfortable with you she just doesn't want to ruin that comfort (well basically friend zone but she has already made that clear).

Never tried. I flirt a lot and for fun. But I could have been had sex with her and still can. I tease her all the time. I'm a foreplay king. I choose not to take it forward she's upset I'm not trying. Lol she's extremely jealous that's why I'm not trying to do more

This is actually a big thing for me.
I love it when a man talks me to sleep.
I'm a big fan of voices, so when I hear one that I relish, I just can't shake it.
As for where my love of being talked to sleep came from, I genuinely have no idea. There's something so relaxing about it, and as someone who suffers from severe insomnia, anything that helps me relax and fall asleep, I long for.
It's strangely sweet and romantic too... it's like I feel held even when I'm not.
For me, it doesn't reflect at all on how boring or not boring the person is or the conversation is. It's more a reflection of how comfortable I feel with that person, how they can make me feel so at ease, how I feel at peace when I hear their voice.

Some women just really love to have their man (or any man with an appealing voice) talk them to sleep. I think it's more common than a lot of men realize, especially because men tend to be so visually-driven that we often overlook the power of the other senses and how women utilize them to higher degrees than we (typically) do.

Personally I find it very flattering when a woman compliments and loves my voice, and I wouldn't hate it if she wanted to fall asleep listening to me talk.

@QA: I would say that it's a good thing. My gut instinct based on what you've told us is that she likes you, but maybe you're just moving at a faster speed than what she's used to. But she wouldn't keep coming back for more if she wasn't interested. :-)

Yes and know. She'll be in the middle of talking then fall asleep. Sometimes she'll tell me she sleepy other times she falls asleep on me while in middle of talking
