Girl takes a picture of me "secretly"?

Ok, so I have this insane crush on a girl way out of my league because she's beautiful and I'm fat and I can't help but to admire (not stalk, I just like her and plus the class is boring) her, not in a deep way but just her eyes and smile and such. From what I can tell she doesn't show much interest in me as she never smiles at me but she has looked at me and we have made eye contact but never any sign of anything, just back to work. I think she knows my feelings about her because my friend in that class figured it out easy enough. Anyway, one day, while we were supposed to be doing work and my friend and I were talking she randomly pulls out her iPhone and starts trying to snap a pick of me, and undobtedly me. I pretended not to notice but was kinda weirded out. So I eventually got thinking about why she would do this and remembered she had a boyfriend at one point and they don't even look at eachother in the hallways anymore so I figured it was over between them, but now I think maybe not and she probably thinks I'm a stocker and wants him to know who I am... Obviously, I'm just not sure. Help?

Ok, I have reviewed the answers so far and just want to make it clear that I'm not a stalker, but I am struggling with talking to her because I don't want to screw up. I have tried but fear has overcome me every time. It's because I'm inexperienced.

So even though I like her, should I just lay off? In case she does have a boyfriend who would do something about me? Thanks for the input so far, too.
