Why does she stare at me often?

Question

I am working in a BPO., I was attracted to this girl at the first sight in my job training. But she works 4 different process.. Yet from the first sight she stares at me often., And do often.. One thing about her is that she is homely and calm., speaks with selected few and very friendly to them. But whenever she sees me.. she stare at me.. she is so cute,.,

Whenever I walk towards her bay., we both stare each other.

On one occasion one of my friend said she stared at me. Even when I forget her presence., she stares at me. Sometimes she makes a deep eye contact. She looks Cute and sweet to me..

And I am a normal Guy., not so smart., But I never hesitate to stare as I like her to the maximum..,

i would say she does, if she is taking her time to look at you and stare its because she cares because  we tend to look at other women and men and than just look away if our attention isn't caught but if she always stares at you that should tell you a lot she probably is looking at you to see if you are lokking at her too next time when you pass by just waive your hand and say hi and maybe she will get the hint that you are intrested too.

Yes!I'm 100% sure she likes u.Something like that happened to me,where a girl kept on staring at me and this went on for quite a while and finally she made some excuse to give me her number("I need help with a subject,so can I have ur number or you take my).

Relax and talk to her.Unlike you she was not my type,but with you she is,so Yes!Talk to her as quickly as you can.

She might like you, try talking to her and getting to know her. Try being her friend and see what she likes and stuff then ask her out. You never know what will happen unless you try.
