Somewhere in between like ...this is such a bad example but Harry Potter! Kinda long but not past his neck. I really like this messy LOOKING style but it has to stay clean and washed - no smelly grease ball hair! Clean cut can make a nice change during the summer months for boys who are usually rough and ready looking. For inspiration look at the male models from new york fashion week. They always thend to have cool hair

I know this is a bit vague, but it really depends on your style and the type of woman you're going after. Long hair might look great on one guy, but not suit another guy. It all comes down to your hair type (curly, straight, thin, thick, etc.), your bone structure, and your style. Basically, find a style that suits you, that you're comfortable with, and women will notice. Hope that helps.

i like robert pattinsons hair all wild and crazyyy and then I like justin timberlakes clean cut also...depends really on the guy and what suits him...if you prefer a certain cut, go for it, confidence does it all! =)

Depends on the age of the girl and the times. If you want a young teenage girl, long hair kinda unkempt is the way to go (that or some kind of emo style). If it's an older girl you're after they MOSTLY like clean cut but some tend to like em dirty.

Honestly, it really doesn't matter because different females like different things. However, no female like sloppy and unkept so whether its a clean cut or a long, wild hair as long as it doesn't look nasty you're good! :)

Wild, long hair was something I preferred...in the 70's. Now it is all about short, though it can be clean cut or it can be a little fun and spiky.
