It doesn't feel good to have something rammed down your throat. Nor is it nice to have your own saliva drying around your lips, it doesn't feel good to choke, have to keep spitting, gagging or tearing up from gagging. You can't make someone like that.

Vaginal intercourse is not on the same level as oral so that comparison is irrelevant. To make it similar to your situation, if my boyfriend didn't like blow jobs even though I liked giving, yes I would respect it. Look dude, your girlfriend doesn't want oral. If it's THAT big of a deal for you then break up or accept it and respect what she wants (or doesn't want in this case).
