Girls, why do you dangle your shoes?

I saw a woman the other day wearing a pair of 4 inch tall black wedges. She was sitting by herself at a cafe with her chair pointed out towards the footpath and she had one leg crossed over and was danglingi her wedge off her foot. It wasn't just a little one, she had it hanging off her toes barely and it was at almost a 90 degree angle to her foot.

i just wanted to ask, why do you girls do that? And do you know it can drive men absolutely crazy in a good way?

I mean dangling a shoe off your foot. It can be very attractive to men.

All kinda of shoes, she just happened to be wearing wedges. If it was a pair if ballet flats or if it was pumps it'd still look sexy.
