Me being a girl, whenever I'm initerested in someone and I see they follow me, I'd follow them back so we can flirt via that medium too. But she hasn't and has accepted other followers days since she did me so she's had the opportunity to follow me...

we've texting pretty solidly but that's about it.

Maybe she just wants more followers than she's following. She doesn't have to follow people and it doesn't mean she likes you if she follows you back. Stop looking so far into it.
