Me and this girl were messing around in class and when she realized I had dimples she got really excited and began poking at them.

Dimples on a guy is extremely cute. xD Hehe. Girls don't generally touch a guy that they don't like. Therefore, I'm guessing that she likes you since she initiated the touch. If a girl, just thought of you as a friend, they would just say something along the lines of "Awwweee. You have dimples" and not touch you.
