What does it mean when a "shy" girl tease you?

I mean, if a confident, sassy girl teases me, I would think she likes me or is just playing but there's this girl who is shy. She can talk like if someone asked her a question, but she choses to keep to herself like at lunch or p. e. She talks when it's required you know, that kind of person. But yeah she likes to tease me for some reason. Nobody else but me. Sometimes she would just poke me lightly, play and mess up my hair, or try to take my glasses off, or steal my lunchbox. I'm like, "Would you please stop?" but she keeps doing it. This is pretty much all she does or how she interacts with me. She never talks to me but tease me all the time. Huh?

there's no such thing as a shy person. we're all quite mad... we just show that in different ways. for her, maybe being a bit of a tease or poking fun at u is her way of hinting that there's more to her than meets the eye.
