I have a few times. Stories, not proud but I'll tell.
1) my boyfriend cheated on me, I forgave him and he made a smart remark so I picked him up one handed and slammed him on the ground, knocking the wind out of him.

2) I was a new girl in school and this guy kept picking on me and shoving me, I flipped him over my shoulder and shoved his face against the front of the pop machine till he said sorry.

3) this older guy was bashing my boyfriend and his manhood so I stepped into my punch and connected to his jaw and knocked him out. So I didn't get in trouble I shoved him in the weight room (this was during a bathroom break)

4) This guy pure pressured me and took advantage of my mental breakdown at the time so he could have sex with me. ( my book and my therapists, that's rape) he wouldn't leave me alone my parents kept letting him in, I tackled him in the yard and beat the crap out of his ribs.

5) I hate being tickled and my friend wouldn't stop after I told him too. Him being 6"2 and I 5 foot kicked him flat footed in the chest and punched him in the face several times leaving many bruises.

There are plenty more but those are probably the worst :/

No, never had any training. I came from an abusive family and relationships so I learned pretty fast lol.
