Girls, Is she observing me?

There is a girl i have huge crush on.. i dont know her but see her often.. she also seems interested as she often holds my eye contact.. but sometimes she ignores me also which makes it legitimate.. so i decided to approach her.. but seddenly she doesn't showed up for 1 week.. so i find her on facebook and sended request.. i also messaged her some things to make her sure that its me although she already may know.. its been two days nd she didn't accept me.. she has readen my message but doesn't replied.. i also asked why she is not replying but no answer.. why is she doing that.. is any of u girls have ever done that.. pls help..
