I have beat a guy in arm wrestling. It's not just strength it's also how to do it. It's all in the wrist and saving your strength for when you need it. Start of slow. I didn't make fun of him, I just collected the $20.

I've only ever tried with my boyfriend who was a lot more fit then me, but i have strengthened in the last 4 months since we last met, so maybe it might be different 😂

Ill let you know how i go haha cause I'm going to see him soon, I think he will win for sure though as we have both been encouraging each other to do exercises, because he lost condition and i never had it. Its nice to see the progress difference I have made from e. g. 10 to 40 pushups from knees, to now 30 from toes.
