🙂 running with two attached water balloons on your crest and during the summer it get hot but you can't adjust it in front of everyone. Trying to button up a shirt and the thirds and fourth would always randomly pop open. People getting sad when it's too small people get annoyed when it's too big. So just duck tape two body temperature water ballon to you chest and walking around. That might give you a feel. But there is painful time when during the period.
