I did with my sister if it counts. I was caring for her when she had cancer and when she showered she couldn't clean the radiation burns on her back so I would clean them for her. Then she suggested she'd wash my back while we were showering. And even when her radiation burns healed we kept showering together. And we also decided that while we were in there and we just got clean for from the shower we would just fill up the tub and take a long bath together to relax and chat for a bit before bed.

But each one is different, been to some with individual showers and seen some family showers that hold about 4-6 people.
