Why does she touch her bra strap while looking at me?

There is this girl in my class and whenever we are sitting in lets say a circle and i look at her she will readjust her bra strap. The first couple of times i thought that it was just a coincidence but now i realize it couldn't have been because this happened several times. I would look at her or she would look at me and our eyes with meet. Whenever this would happen she would adjust her bra strap (she doesn't do this to others) and basically she would lock eyes with me as she did so she was sure that i saw her. Is she flirting with me or what?

Nervous behavior. You notice clothing more when nervous and if she is new to her bra then she will really notice it. She most likely likes you try asking her out man.
That is not flirting but a good indication she likes you!

Lol i have i said hey and she replied with a heeeeeey in a high pitched and sexy kind of way (she said bye to me in this exact way). She definetly didn't sound nervous. She spoke confidently and softly when asking questions but loud enough for me to hear her every word. During the interaction we were basically staring at each other the whole time. Her eyes were dialated and she asked follow up questions as well as anwsering mine with complete thoughts. After we were done talking she started singing (not the first time she has done this near me). I don't mind because she has a great voice haha.
