Can be sexy or can be ugly. Depends on the girl. To me it was an unattractive name for a long time, but that's because the girl was ugly to me (both personality and physically). But seeing some hot Tanyas has changed my mind.

Overall it's neutrally hot.

Maybe find a way to introduce yourself in a weird way. I sometimes call myself Ozzie and relate it to the singer just to get it to stick in people's heads.

For example you may say I am Tanya pronounced like Britannia.
