Licks her teeth? Could mean anything. I know what it means when a woman licks her lips while looking at you though. It could either mean she has dry lips or could be a seductive/suggestive maneuver to showcase interest towards you.

I did this with Mr. Deep-Down-Under-Me AppRoach, a guy I decided to allow to chat me up through Snapchat video call. So I beat him at his own game by hanging up on him and blocking all his accounts before he could make sense of what just happened. Admittedly, it was the boredom breaker that I had sought.

Or Licking of teeth is usually seen as a sign of aggression since teeth are a primitive weapon that we use when threatened. It can happen right before a fight or if someone enters the comfortable space without permission.

There is no one meaning. Maybe she thinks you're hot. Maybe she forgot to brush them or has something in them and happened to be looking at you when she licked them. Maybe it is a habit. I have a habit of biting my lower lip and it often gets taken as something it simply is not.
