When AIDS first came out in the 80s, I heard a lot of stories like this. I don't know how true they were, but I suspect at least some were true. That was at a time when AIDS was a death sentence. Again, it may have been rumor, but I heard about cases where they were charged with murder or some such.

I have a bunch of character names in games from that poem. They are rarely ever taken, even in big games. They work especially well for dark fantasy games.

"Ghastly grim and ancient raven" (or just ancient raven)

I wanted to use "While I nodded nearly napping" at GaG because I like the alliteration, but it was too long. I've used it in games though. Song lyrics might be taken in games, but lines from poems rarely are.

I only play PC games. I play a lot of single player games, mostly strategy and RPGs, but also some others. Online I've been playing Path of Exile for a few years now. I played a lot of the browser games back when they were first getting popular and it was a new big thing.

Single player, in the last few weeks I've played Skyrim, Heroes of Might and Magic 3, Civ 4, Disciples 2, Space Rangers, Europa 1400 (mostly old games, but still good)

Look for STDs which can be cured , I am okay with it. For HIV, which has no cure she literally ruined those many lives, Also the stigma attached for those infected is huge. There are other ways for playing a practical joke.
