What do guys think of girls that snore?

I'm so self conscious and it's not like I can help it because I'm literally asleep! 😫

Is it a major turn off? Do guys mind? I mean I don't mind a guy that snores but it's just so unfeminine 😞

One of the reasons it's not considered feminine is that on average snoring is much more common in men because the most frequent risk factors are more common in men.

If you snore loudly, it may be a sign for obstructive sleep apnea. Some of the most contributing factor are increased weight, increased neck circumference, enlarged tongue, enlarged tonsils... etc.

Sometimes people have Central sleep apnea, which has to do with the nervous system's system not working well in keeping the airway widely open.

Personally, I don't think it's a turnoff, but it could be disruptive at night if I'm sleeping next to a loud snorer.

I think you should get it checked out because the treatment could be as simple as taking out your tonsils, or using nasal decongestants.

Other treatments could be using a special night guard that moves the jaw forward when you're asleep, or using a CPAP machine every night. If sleep apnea is made worse by obesity, losing weight might greatly improved it, or even completely cure it.

If you have sleep apnea make sure you get it treated ASAP because it is a very serious illness that could kill you if it's left untreated. I personally know 2 people who died in their sleep because of it.

There's bigger things to worry about, no guy's gonna care about whether or not you snore while asleep if you're a nice person.
Sure, it's a little annoying but you'd surely get used to it after a while and subconsciously ignore it.

There is a shitton of seagulls around where I live, and I could never fall asleep in the beginning, or they would always wake me up in the morning. Now I legitimately don't notice them at all

Actually, you're basically just like a seagull. A little annoying, but I got used to it. And I wouldn't move places just because of them.

And of course one could always just wear earplugs. But don't worry too much about it.

You dont have to be ms. Perfect all the time. Usually guys fall asleep first anyway. However if it bothers you... I highly recommend breathe-rite nasal strips. Guys are only bothered if you are bothered by it.

Snoring in general annoys me and except me the whole family seems to snore. I try to block it but no good I can’t sleep with that racket in other-rooms let alone next to me. 😖

This isn't completely true. Its a sign that your airway isn't clear. Can happen when your sick. You have allergies. Or some other reasons. Its not just because you're unhealthy.
