What does it mean when a girl ties her hair up?

This girl and I were working on an assignment together and I am pretty sure she likes me. Anyways, she randomally tied her hair up and then put a bit of makeup on her lips. Is that a sign she could like me?

Prior to that we both spoke in the Uni cafe and got to know each other and she is always smiley as am I

I often put my hair up when working, otherwise in dangles in the way. But maybe she likes you, apparently guys find a girls jawline/neck attractive?
It was probably lip balm or gloss, maybe her lips where dry? Maybe she wanted you to look at her lips, apparently guys find attractive and can sometimes make you want to kiss?

Not necessarily. I do that in classes sometimes regardless there is a girl or a boy next to me. She probably tied her hair up because it was more comfortable and put make up on because she likes it.
