I think they are sexy to a point. When every single vein is sticking out overly pronounced it grosses me out, for the lack of a better term lol. But when they are similar to what is shown in the picture, to me personally signals health and respect for their body.

I like muscles and I know the veins come with them, but I'm disgusted by blood vessels and veins remind me of getting my blood drawn which is something I hate. But if he were hot, I'd deal with them.

They don't look bad to me if they're like the above picture. It's the time of year where everyone is mostly bundled up. Even indoors, so arm veins aren't really a big deal over here.
