It is slutty, because a woman is showing that she is nothing more than a pretty face and a hot body. It corrupts the society, a woman should not portray themselves this way. And if a woman was to show these photos to her husband, that is okay but if she is posting these pictures on social media then definitely it is slutty and attention seeking. It shows a woman has no meaning in her life other than showing her cleavage. It shows a woman wants attention rather than respects. There is a quote, "girls want attention, women demand respect." A woman degrades herself and her dignity when she does this. A woman show not portray herself as a sexual object, there is a difference between being beautiful and provocative. Some girls look beautiful for themselves and some do it to attract attention, otherwise a girl can look at such pictures herself rather than putting on the internet. Even if a guy likes these pictures, does not mean he loves her, he may only lust her. Beauty is temporary, you will not look the same way when you turn 50 but you can still have a good personality, a beautiful mind, a pure heart and a good soul. A woman's beauty and love should only be for her husband or boyfriend not for every single man on the planet. Women need to respect themselves, if they portray themselves as sluts people will call them sluts. We need to judge herself before others judge us. Shyness and simplicity are also beautiful. If such pictures are not slutty then she should consider showing those to her father or brother, and ask them if they are okay with her putting these vulgar and provocative pictures on the internet, does this make them proud of their daughter or sister? It is selling your beauty for a small price like compliment, or to seek validation from others. It shows low self-esteem. Fake people need to maintain an image.

I don't judge women who do it, but I don't recommend doing it honestly. If you don't post the pictures publicly, you can use them as a form of currency. For example, I give my male friend pictures of me showing cleavage, in return for him doing favors for me. He even bought me a vibrator in return for cleavage pictures. Obviously if you post them publicly, you can't use them as currency like that.

As far as I see it, if guys are gonna see it and possibly jack off to it anyway, you might as well profit/benefit from it somehow, so I do.

In my defense, I'd rather see my boobs closer together than apart like they're having a rift with each other. I can't avoid the cleavage. The cleavage, in fact, looks attractive. I'd rather look attractive than not. It's hot where I live. I don't like covering up. Since I'm already seeing my cleavage while standing in front of my mirror, I might as well accentuate them but still looking decent and not to the point of excessive. It's not my intention to look or (worse) be slutty.

I do think girls should be more conservative when it comes to posting pics on social media. If you ask me, I think feminism and female empowerment today is very obscured because, in the early 1900s, women were fighting for the right to vote and to be involved politically because they wanted their intelligence to be recognized. I am not saying that girls/women don't want to be recognized for their intelligence but I think they care more about showing half naked pics of themselves to gain attention and by doing so you're only attracting many creepy, stupid guys with rapey thoughts.

By saying this, I know girls will read this post and say I AM RESTRICTING WOMEN OF THEIR FREEDOM!!! My rebuttal to that, oh shut up, should a guy walk around with no shirt on and in a thong with his right testicle hanging out? Instagram is full of these types of women: Mirror pics with their buttocks sticking out, duck lips, fish gape, breasts exposed, gymnasium photos with revealing clothes bragging how fit they are, bikini pictures (on or not on the beach... doesn't matter... they wanna show off their body in bikinis), wannabe model types, fake botox injected faces, and many other types. They're all narcissists and they're all full of themselves.

Social media, like instagram, is all about physicality and who is the most attractive. But most of the type none of it is real beauty. It's all photoshopped and it's all overly sexual.
