How to stop girls mocking me for my height?

Hi!
So basically I'm a 5'1 male (18 Y/O) and am constantly mocked for my height. Living in quite a tall area, most girls are 5/6 inches taller than me. I constantly am asked to compare height, shoe size, hand size, leg length. take picture with me etc. You name it, it happens. Recently I've also had a group of girls ask me to put their heels on to see if I was as tall as them (I was 2 inches smaller still) and have had comments like ''Awwh my 12 Year Old sister is taller than you''.
How do I stop this happening? I can't ever be seen in a serious way by girls and they constantly see me as a gimmick.

How inconsiderate and rude of them. It is not your fault and you're still pretty young, you may hit a growth spurt too but in the meantime I'm not sure what you can do. Bitches are bitches and I got a lot of comments about me being anorexic but in reality, I had a remarkable metabolism. I snapped back with comments like "wow you're so fat!" Or "well it looks like you're carrying weight for two, mind sharing?" And I got very bitter towards those who would point out my weight, fortunately I could do something about it and worked out like crazy, continue to do so and the comments stopped all together but being a jerk back to them tends to shut them up and makes them realize that maybe that's not something that should be said/pointed out and expect a friendly response.

I've been 5'1 since I was 15 so won't grow. It's just annoying as I know I'm tiny but they feel like rubbing it in. Feels like they just see me as an anomaly, and therefore a joke.

It's not they hate me, they just see me as a joke. I think as I'm such an anomaly, it's odd for them. Maybe they do think I'm cute, but in a child sense. Doesn't stop it from being humiliating

There is a type if surgery where a doctor increases the length of your legs but that’s a very painful and long process.. The best thing to do in my opinion is to have confidence in yourself and not worry what others think. I know it’s hard but just have confidence and don’t let that stuff phase you

Or if you prefer Latinos, and you wouldn't mind living somewhere where cocaine's fully legalized, how about Bolivia, where the average male height's an inch taller than that at 5'3", but the average female height's shorter still, at only 4'8"?

Same happened to me when i started growing a beard- its ginger. Peeps started making fun of it from time to time, but then i just accepted that i can't change it (not gonna color it), and joked around with them about it, and little by little everything stopped, and now its jist normal. Its somewhat of my signature

You can't. Tall guys don't have it any easier. Your best bet is to flip the tables on them. When they ask to compare hand sizes, just do it and say something along the lines of "Aw, I knew you wanted to hold my hand". Number one advice to anyone is don't let them think it bothers you and they'll get bored.

Kidding? I am 6ft 7. I get rejected because of my height all the time. While it's true, most girls prefer taller guys, they just don't like extremes in height. Most girls I have been able to date are around 5ft 9 or higher because of this.

i am not tall either but the girls around my place here are sometimes way taller then me and they mock me to for my height. just do what i do. go with the flow ignore them and be yourself. just to take away their fun i mock my own height so they can't make fun of me and when you have anough friends around you that dont mock you they will feel stupid and leave you alone.
