A woman could have a great body but if she does not wear the right undergarments with the right dress/outfit she’ll look meh or dumpy. Or have panty lines in bad places. She could just be doing it to have more undergarment options.

I HATE when women have thongs sticking out of jeans tho. Dumb look there.

Like @hahamm said, she probably wants to increase the quality of her look and try to be sexier. So you have to determine if she is doing that for you or someone else.
